What does ResaleIntake replace?
Your consignment/POS platform, checkout, intake forms, QR check-in, e-signature app, tag and label software, loyalty and gift cards, plus email and text marketing — the stack most stores pay 6+ separate bills for. It rolls into one bill for less than those tools cost combined.
What are the card processing fees?
None from us. In-store card processing runs through your own Stripe account — your rates, your Stripe. ResaleIntake never marks up your customers' transactions or sits between you and your money.
Is email and text marketing really included?
On Pro, yes — send discounts, deals, and announcements by text, push, and email straight from ResaleIntake. No separate Mailchimp, SimpleTexting, or Twilio bill.
Are there limits on marketing texts and emails?
Every plan with marketing built in includes a monthly message allowance that covers normal sending. Pro includes up to 25,000 marketing emails and 2,500 marketing texts per month; beyond that, extra messages are billed at cost — about $1 per 1,000 emails and $0.02 per text — so a big blast is never a surprise and messaging never runs at a loss. Prefer your own rates? Connect your own Twilio, SendGrid, or Klaviyo account instead.
What's involved in migrating from SimpleConsign?
We run a two-way sync with SimpleConsign during your switch, so inventory and consignor data stay in step while you move at your own pace. Nothing flips overnight and nothing gets stranded.
