Simple pricing. No long-term contract. Cancel anytime.
One flat monthly price that replaces your whole patched-together stack. Start any plan today — if it isn't right for your store, tell us within 30 days and we'll refund that month. Card processing runs through each store's own merchant account — Stripe or CardPointe (Fiserv/CardConnect) — so you keep the rates you already negotiated.

Add-ons
Want one thing from a higher plan? Just buy that.
Any of these can be switched on with any plan, for a monthly amount we will tell you straight. It joins your existing bill as another line — same card, same renewal date, never a second subscription — and comes off again whenever you say. Where a piece already comes with a higher plan, we have said so.

FAQ
The questions shop owners actually ask
Card fees, add-ons, migration, and cancellation — answered straight.
How does pricing work?
One flat monthly price per plan — no long-term contract and no setup fees. Cancel anytime; your data is always yours to export.
Do you work for buy-outright stores, or only consignment?
Both, and you can run both at once in the same shop. Buying outright is what ResaleIntake was built for first — QR check-in, a priced offer from your own brand database, and cash, check or store credit paid across the counter the same visit. Consignment sits alongside it: your split, your term, automatic markdowns, a signed contract, and consignor balances that build as items sell. Switch a single seller's visit from one to the other before you price it, so the shop that buys most things and consigns the occasional designer piece does not need two systems.
Do you work for men's and kids' resale, or just women's?
All three, out of the box. The brand price database covers women's, men's and kids' separately, so a men's Patagonia jacket and a kids' Patagonia jacket are priced from their own numbers rather than one shared guess. Departments run through everything downstream too — tags, reports, profit by brand and sell-through are all broken out by department, so you can see which side of the shop is actually earning its rack space.
What does ResaleIntake replace?
Your consignment/POS platform, checkout, intake forms, QR check-in, e-signature app, tag and label software, loyalty and gift cards, plus email and text marketing — the stack most stores pay 6+ separate bills for. It rolls into one bill for less than those tools cost combined.
Can I schedule staff and run payroll from ResaleIntake?
Yes — staff scheduling, PIN clock in/out, and open/close shift checklists are built in, so you can drop the separate scheduling and time-clock apps most stores pay for. At payday it exports a clean timesheet by pay period that imports straight into Gusto, QuickBooks, ADP, and other payroll platforms — no re-keying hours.
What are the card processing fees?
None from us. Card processing runs through your own merchant account — your rates, your money. ResaleIntake never marks up your customers' transactions or sits between you and your deposits.
Do I have to use Stripe, or can I keep my current processor?
You can keep your merchant account. ResaleIntake works with Stripe and with CardPointe (Fiserv/CardConnect), so the rates you already negotiated come with you — we are not a processor and we never take a cut. In-person card terminals run on Stripe Terminal today; CardPointe terminal support is built and finishing Fiserv certification, and online and keyed CardPointe payments work now.
Is email and text marketing really included?
Yes — send discounts, deals, and announcements by text, push, and email straight from ResaleIntake. No separate Mailchimp, SimpleTexting, or Twilio bill.
Are there limits on marketing texts and emails?
No hard cap. Normal sending for a resale store is included in your plan, and we don't meter you or bill overage — if your sending ever grows to the point where it needs its own arrangement, we'll talk to you about it first rather than surprise you on an invoice. Prefer your own rates and your own deliverability? Connect your own Twilio, SendGrid, or Klaviyo account instead.
I have more than one shop. Do I pay for each one?
No — you buy the plan once, and each additional shop is a small monthly amount on the same bill, same card, same renewal date, rather than a whole second subscription. Multiple shops are a feature of the top plan; the cards above say which, and what each extra shop costs. One login reaches all of them: switch between shops, hand inventory from one to another, and see the day's takings for every shop together or one at a time.
What's involved in migrating from SimpleConsign?
You export from SimpleConsign and import into ResaleIntake — customers, consignors, and inventory. You see a preview of exactly what will land before anything is written, and each record is matched on the ID your export already carries, so running the import again brings over what's new instead of duplicating what's already there. That means you can keep selling on SimpleConsign, re-import a fresher export whenever you like, and only move the register when you're ready.
How do I get started?
Pick a plan and sign up. Add your store details and a card, and your first month starts today — full access to intake, buying, checkout, rewards, and marketing. If it isn't right for your store, tell us within 30 days and we'll refund that month. No long-term contract, cancel anytime. Prefer a guided tour first? You can book a 15-minute walkthrough instead.
Where are your terms and your privacy policy?
Both are published, and they are the same documents the software itself uses — not a marketing summary of them. The service agreement is what every shop accepts before it can log in, so you can read it in full before you pay rather than after.
Founding customer
“We buy inventory outright every day. ResaleIntake is the first system that handles the buying counter and the register in one place — sellers get their offer by text before they've left the store.”
