SMS Terms of Service

By giving a shop your mobile number you agree to receive text messages from that shop about the things you are already doing with them — an offer for items you brought in to sell, your order being picked or ready, a payout or store credit, an appointment reminder. These are sent because you asked for the thing they are about.

Marketing texts are separate. Messages about sales, events and new arrivals are only sent if you ticked the text consent box yourself. That box is never pre-ticked, consent is never a condition of selling or shopping with the shop, and you can leave it unticked and still use everything else.

Message frequency varies.It depends on the shop and on what you are doing with them — there is no fixed schedule.

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier may, according to your own plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation that it worked, and then nothing further. This takes effect immediately and you do not have to explain yourself to anyone.

Reply HELP for help, or write to jordan@resaleintake.com. If you have stopped texts and later want them back, ask the shop or tick the box again next time.

Stopping marketing texts does not close your account or cancel anything you have with the shop. If you stop all texts, the shop will reach you about your own sales and orders another way.

Your mobile number is used by the shop you gave it to, and is not passed to other shops on the platform or sold to anyone. What is collected and why is set out in the privacy policy.

Carrier support is handled by the shop and by ResaleIntake LLC, not by your mobile carrier.
